Privacy Policy
Effective / last updated: 2026-06-25
Typing Test does not send or store the sentences you type or your results — all measurements are processed only in your browser.
However, advertising and analytics services such as Google AdSense may use cookies to collect non-personally-identifying information.
1. Information we collect and do not collect
Typing Test has no sign-up process and does not request or collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details. The sentences you type into the typing tools and the resulting speed and accuracy values are used only within your browser and disappear automatically; they are never sent to or stored on our server.
That said, the following information may be generated and collected automatically as you use the website:
- Access IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and date/time of visit
- Pages visited, the previous page (referrer), and device information
- Anonymous identifiers via cookies and similar technologies
2. Use of cookies
Typing Test may use cookies to provide the service and to display ads. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser to remember visit history and settings.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your web browser settings. Note that blocking cookies may limit some features and ad personalization. Cookie settings can be changed in the settings menu of each browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, and others).
3. Google AdSense and third-party advertising
Typing Test serves ads through Google AdSense. Third-party advertising vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your prior visits.
- Google uses advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.
- You can review and opt out of third-party vendor cookie use at www.aboutads.info.
- How Google processes data is described on the How Google uses data from sites that use its services page.
4. Analytics tools
To improve the service, we may use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. These tools collect anonymized statistics such as pages visited and time on page via cookies, and they do not identify any specific individual.
5. Data retention and sharing with third parties
Because Typing Test does not directly collect or store your personal information, no separate retention period applies. Automatically collected access information and cookie data are processed and retained according to the policies of the relevant service providers, such as Google. Except as required by law, the operator does not sell or arbitrarily share your information with third parties.
6. Your rights
You have the right to refuse data collection through your browser cookie settings, and you can disable personalized ads in Google Ads Settings. For inquiries about data processing, use the contact below.
7. Children's privacy
Typing Test is not primarily directed at children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
8. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be revised in line with legal or service changes, and any changes will be announced on this page. For significant changes, the effective date will be updated.
9. Contact
For inquiries about data processing, contact truecodeko@gmail.com.
